There’s no contact information. Nobody can reach me. The contact info is the same number for the customer service and it plays lots of music. I called it and I have left a message that I’m interested in my listed property to test it, I’ve left my phone number and email. Nothing yet so far!!

Contacted support vie email multiple times and no success getting it to show up in the right place. Several agents were confused and did not end up coming to our home as a result.

No where on their site, even in the sample listing agreement does it list that they take .1%. It's not until I spent an hour building the listing and they emailed the documents listing agreement is this mentioned. Completely dishonest.

This is one of the few companies that I have dealt with lately that the owner answers phone calls and clearly and distinctly describes the process. 5 thumbs up for these guys.

They were unwilling to help correct the problem. Looks like I learned my lesson. I asked that the listing not go live until I had a chance to change things but their listing program would not let me go back to correct anything until I completed the listing.
