The phone helpline does not work. I think this company is just a big scam Kiwi is a joke. they booked me on a flight , the flight was cancelled and they just keep the money. I tried calling them but no one was available. Scam Scam Scam!!

I will never use this company. nothing on their web page works to try and reschedule flight. No phone number to ring. Broken links to any help sites. They are a scam company!

I purchased a ticket that supposed to be round way and end up been one way so immediately I canceled and spoke with a representative after waiting online 2 hrs! But they didn’t returned my money despite I called and I issue the refund immediately. Scamm!!!

Airline changed a flight time 10 ten days before departure. They notified Kiwi about this change offering a different flight or refund. Kiwi has not informed me about this change or another options and simply accepted new flight time proposed from an airlines. I have find this out at the airport. What a bad service!!!

Don't use this company. If it was possible I would never give them even one star. I have tried calling and sent many messages asking Kiwi to provide me with information I need to make changes directly with the Airlines and they don't answer!!
