Currently operating in the United States and Canada, Just Energy serves residential and commercial customers. Just Energy is the parent company of Amigo Energy, Filter Group Inc., Hudson Energy, Interactive Energy Group, Tara Energy, and terrapass. We all have a carbon footprint. The majority of the energy we use when we perform daily work, social, and home activities come from sources that cause pollution.
They did exactly what they said they would. I was able to call and get exactly what I needed right away. I didnt have to wait on hold very long which was extremely wonderful. It was get to the point and all my questions were answered. My approve took only a few day. And I Appreciated all the outstanding customer service.
This company is despicable. Awful company. Literally go to any other provider and you will be treated better. This company should be dissolved. Grossly incompetent. Never sent me a last bill after I cancelled their garbage services and then tried to take me to collections, and then when I was willing to pay they refused to waive late fees.
Called me on the phone about the unpaid bill, then hung up on me when the line was so poor I couldn't understand what the caller was saying, and asked her to repeat a couple of times. Called to speak again, no response. I am so sorry I got an account with JUST ENERGY!
