They had the item I needed in stock. My order was processed quickly and I received it sooner than expected. Customer service communication was way above average.

Leaks. Then troubleshoot , vacuum and recharge lines. Then still not working. This has brought so much stress In my life that I had to give up. I don’t have the time to deal with faulty equipment. I e requested to get my money back a few times. Now tech support.

I was told by a customer service representative that because it was under warranty I would be receiving a call from a individual who handled Warranty situations. I was told they would get back to me rather quickly and I still have not heard three days later. No email no phone call.

Customer service was spot on, everything they said they would do happened and on time! Product install was very simple and the Mr Cool product is performing to expectation! I would highly recommend Ingrams!!
