Totally utterly incompetent handling and when you would think that the account is close to be opened, they start all over asking for updates on the same documents. Avoid them!!

Very disappointing. My phone app is not working and I am unable to use the Interactive Brokers platform properly as a result. In the meantime,I am unable to get hold of anyone by phone. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any financial or similar type of institution.

It has been going on for months, nothing is being done about it, there's no valid explanation why the restrictions have been imposed, they all of the sudden decided to restrict it and therefore people can neither but it or sell it. Avoid this fraudulent broker.

Worst application process. They ask for a deposit, but they won't give the money back. You have to wait for many days. Regrettably, when I finally got someone on the phone, this representative could not pronounce the letters of the alphabet properly.

Beyond terrible so far and the worst that I actually had with any service provider. Their rates are low but how they treat their customers is so terrible that I can only recommend you to stay away from them.
