Hotels.com gives travellers one of the widest selections of accommodation on the net, including both independent and major chain hotels as well as self-catering in over hundreds of thousands properties worldwide. The company offers a one-stop shopping source for hotel pricing, amenities and availability.
They are a disgrace, do not book with them. If you have a problem with the booking you will regret it! I booked a hotel last year which had to be cancelled. They gave me a voucher which I used to book again at the beginning of this year. Unfortunately due to covid, this had to be cancelled.
The front page doesn't accurately reflect the reservation details for example saying that the reservation is non refundable but if you click and go further in it reveals that it is non refundable. You can't get customer service on the phone. When I tried to modify my reservation they raised the rates. Worst experience!!!
