Impossible to file a complaint. Hours of time waiting on hold. Awful response if you are lucky enough to get through to a service person. I would give them a 0 is I could.

Representatives won't connect you to a supervisor. They say one will call you , they don't! They could care less about customer retention. And the people the use for contractors are unprofessional and garbage. Find a different home warranty company..... Save yourself time and money!

I WILL BE REPORTING them and telling everyone on my social media platform how terrible they are. They did not do anything to help us and acted like it was a bother!!! Never got a phone call back from our so called case Manager. Highly unprofessional!
