It's completely worth the money. Homebay has created a mess of not one but two closings on my property. Incompetence and extremely poor communication. A total and complete waste of time and money. HONESTLY save yourself the headache.

Communication is lacking and follow up is poor. I have been waiting two days for them to get back to me for to sign my contract for the sale of my property. I believe the transaction would have gone much more smoothly and cost us less money. I won’t be using them again.

If you use this company expect to all the thinking for them and you can not get them to return phone calls. I asked questions and never received an answer. I am not interested in there service any longer. Terrible, Terrible company.

There was little to no communication from the agent. The agent never even knew when other realtors were showing our home. We ended up lowering our asking price just to find out that Home Bay had been in the process of pulling out of our state altogether.

It was and extremely easy process and Home Bay provided all of the tools needed to sale my home quickly all the while saving my thousands in broker fees.
