Holabird Sports is a three generation strong family-owned and operated business that was founded in 1981. Our passions are running and racquet sports and we strive to bring customer's who share our passion the latest gear at the lowest prices while still providing exceptional customer service.
Our business began as a local tennis pro shop in Baltimore, MD and evolved over time into the specialty click-and-mortar we are today. Holabird Sports currently occupies a 42,000 sq ft building; the space includes a showroom, customer service offices, and a fully stocked warehouse to fill the orders from our thriving online business.
I did not get any update on the tracking of the order for almost 4 weeks. When I finally decided to call to inquire after waiting for almost 4 weeks, I was told that my order was never shipped. I received my order confirmation via email but it was noted that order was not shipped due to unable to contact me via email due to unavailability.
