No big deal. I requested a refund. Was assured it would be handled. This was a month ago. I've reached out three times via email. One time via phone where I was told no one can help me except for the email address I've been corresponding with.

I've been a customer in several locations and for many years, and would recommend them to anybody. Employees are informed, cheerful and always helpful.

No updates as promised. No return email or return chats. Now I'm out a couple hundred dollars with no recourse. I understand the COVID issue but at least talk to me as you're screwing me. Horrible service.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. This company has hired a phone service company to screen ALL calls and has ZERO intent on calling anyone back, or answer the phone. They took payment and are refusing to call us back, or deliver our equipment.
