Web site sucks. They offer no other options. I can't have the gold shipped to my new address unless I do more paperwork and processing. Don't ever do business with these guys.

Do not use this company. The representative said she will email me the forms to sign to complete the process and still today I haven't receive anything. I've emailed my concern over the weekend and no one responded.

Walked me through all of the paperwork. The service was prompt and knowledgeable. Transaction was very easy. always available to answer all my questions and set up my account.
