It came to a point of trying to verify identity. It is impossible tho, because every time it says the documents are unclear, when clearly the photo is very prominent and not fuzzy. More than disappointed.

It was very disappointing to find out that they have been unable to access the funds and GoGetFunding is never satisfied with the business' submission of documents for verification. I gave two stars only because it was easy to launch the campaign but the service delivery deserves only one star.

It is a lot of money donated by others out of the goodness of their hearts and just to think that it might have been for nothing is sickening and sad! Never in my life, have I encountered an issue as delaying, frustrating, confusing and high maintenance as this.

These people are suppose to help us facilitate this fund raising! We are waiting to buy additional medicals for the children! Very frustrating as there is no person to speak to.
