This is NOT good customer service, it is keeping their hands on the money for as long as possible. If they really cared about customer service the rebate would be automatic and come off the first bill or two for the DISH TV or it would be in the form of a check that you could stick in the bank and not have to SPEND the money to get the money.
I call customer service and they tell me that they don't have an installation scheduled. All of this happened, AFTER waiting 3 weeks for them to schedule the install to begin with. Their customer service keeps transferring me around. No one can tell me when they will be out and in the meantime, I still have no TV. Don't waste your time.
Was supposed to received $150 gift card that I still have never received going on four months. I called two weeks ago and they said that they were going to have to listen to the recording between myself and their agent to see if I mentioned a gift card. They then proceeded to tell me to call back in a couple of weeks to see but couldn't reach them.
