I have emailed multiple times, and each time been told that my rings were being shipped out. after two weeks when I emailed again, I was told there was another delay and my rings were being shipped out. Worst customer support ever in my life!!

No customer service. Don't spend your money here. The telephone number doesn't even work, and they didn't even respond to my emails with actions. All they did was apologize for the delay...which is completely useless for a buyer.

If you want cheap jewelry for the same quality & way better price, just actually shop at places like Frasier Sterling, it’s unethical. You’re getting scammed.

On the website it never said that any of my ordered items was not available. Hopefully my order comes soon but I’m not going to order at Frasier Sterling again.

Both rings are very low quality and turned my finger green after one wear. wouldn’t recommend. there are better more affordable options available. Horrible for so many reasons.
