Every day, people upload billions of photos. SmugMug, Inc., was founded in 2002 to make sure those photos, and their photographers, have a safe, beautiful home online and a thriving, accessible community around the world.
We want to get photos and video into and out of the system in as many ways as we can: from the web, from mobile devices, from the users' home computers and from whatever software they are using to manage their content. And we want to be able to push them out in as many ways as possible: on the Flickr website, in RSS feeds, by email, by posting to outside blogs or ways we haven't thought of yet.
Horrible horrible. Can't even reach them on the phone you have to email them. I have written I don’t know how many times to have my photos reviewed as I am not breaking the banding rules for the pictures, they have shown me pictures that are marked as safe on their screen and restricted on mine. Customer service is only one way so they do not respond.
The service is awful and very stressful I actually feel like I am being targeted. this goes against my own rights, they have changed the rating on the pictures, they have invaded my own privacy by viewing my private back up camera roll and restricted me on that. Service is very poor!!
