They offered and I agreed to let them send an agent to our house to show us current comparisons so we would know if we were listing in the right price range. The agent was super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

They don't tell you that you will lose the ability to change your listing information and lose complete control of your listing info. They listed our home on multiple sites with the wrong PRICE and wrong info and would not change it. BEWARE they are scammers!!!

This was a less stressful experience with them. I was cautious that it was a scam initially but this is an incredible service that no one else is going to provide without compensation. Thank you.

No phone number is listed. However...I received 15 phone calls from realtors almost immediately. My name and phone number are now on a list. They don't make that clear!
