In our ongoing effort to create a cleaner environment, First Student works to reduce bus emissions by investing in its fleet, adopting new technologies, exploring alternative fuels and enacting sustainable policies.
Our ceremony was delayed because no one made it on time due to the shuttle not arriving. We contacted them the next day and were told we would receive a call back from the manager that never came. It took three days for us to come to a final answer and they could not have been more rude about resolving this issue.
