Be very cautious about using this company. I would not give them several thousand dollars at this point and just hope they send your pool because you can't get any response from them to even know the status.

Worst customer service I have ever encounter I would go elsewhere to make a purchase as there are numerous companies out there that are willing to service their customers.

I am completely crushed. Absolutely terrible they got my money so they don't care so they can treat you however they want . I would never purchase from this company again. Zero stars.

They were very helpful. Delivery was timely with minimal damage considering the weight of the package. It was difficult getting the item into my house and in the basement. hey were packed well and arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone to go to FamilyPoolFun for their pool needs!
