In addition to the box, FabFitFun members receive access to FabFitFunTV, a streaming video service offering on-demand wellness videos, daily lifestyle content, the FabFitFun online Community and year-round exclusive sales and shopping experiences.
There was the issue with an item that they claimed they resolved with a credit and switching items. It then went downhill I have seen many post they got their box with the change of items but I haven’t. I have sent many emails and no one responds - so I call and the representative said I would have an update in 48 hrs- it’s been a week and no response.
You can contact their customer support, which is absolutely terrible - they refuse to help and don't seem to care in the slightest - offering no solutions at all, ultimately leaving your package in limbo, hoping that it finally gets to you not damaged. I will be cancelling as soon as I can.
