We help homeowners and their guests by bringing confidence to the industry. The parts of the vacation rental business that owners stress over are the ones that require the most expertise, like marketing, setting and adjusting rates, answering guest inquiries, and vetting service partners. We take this work off their plate for just 10%.
The moment our guests hit “book,” we make it easy for them to get excited, and spend less of their time worrying about the details. To do this, we guarantee that each of our homes will be 100% ready for every stay — and on the rare occasion things don’t go according to plan, we make it right.
There is ZERO commitment with homeowners and have poor customer service. My property had better exposure on a single site like Airbnb than with Evolve. Our sales went down significantly and we still had to communicate with guest and manage in someway check-ins and checkouts.
