If you gonna get a vehicle from Enterprise BE VERY SURE that its the vehicle you can stay in for the half a decade or be prepared to pay up front the interests on the old trade in as well as the interest on the new car. Very unprofessional attitude from front desk clerk's. A Contract agreement is what it says.
When we submitted the claim under the service warranty we purchased from Enterprise, the company informed us that the warranty we purchased from Enterprise has an exclusion for damage caused by the installation of wrong-sized tires. We explained to them that the wrong-sized tires were installed by Enterprise before we purchased it. After the warranty company refused to pay for repairs.
