What a joke. The installer was the laziest I have ever encountered. Actually wanted to run a cable outside of an interior wall. I don't mean along the baseboard, I mean in at the bottom, up the wall and then through the wall to another wall. That is what was considered "basic" installation.
I don't really want local cable, but at least they won't charge me for something I never asked for and don't use. It's a shame that after so many years with Directv, we have to get rid of it because they refuse to stop charging us for something we don't need, never wanted, and that wasn't included in the package price.
