I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It`s been two weeks going for the third since I requested that refund. At first they said I should wait for 5 - 7 working days before the money reflect into my account, of which i understood but after then I realized that the transaction was not reflecting in my account. I then called the direct deals and a lady answer and said the refund is not possible...
I had to call my Credit Card company and lock and close my Credit Card and now I have to wait to dispute the charge which I will do. I may not be able to recover the $195 I spent since I was stupid enough to authorize this charge. No I never got an email with the download nor the keys for the OS's I bought. Do not believe anything they say on there Web site.
The instructions did not work and the product would not activate. I called up Microsoft to get assistance with activation and was told the key I was given was a disabled license, which is not even something that is legal to resell. It doesn't matter how much cheaper these guys are do not purchase from them. Left messages they don't answer their phone, don't answer emails, horrible!!!
