Their apps are clunky and poorly designed. It's obvious that groups developing for each device are operating in silos. Features work differently in each app. The only consistency is colors. I did my best for close to two years deal with this, but what I could not deal with is the unreliable communication platform and substandard support.
HORRIBLE. Calls are frequently dropped, or a customer suddenly can't hear me when I'm right in the middle of booking their appointment. This happens DAILY. The set up for after hours call routing is confusing and hard to configure. I've had issues for over a week and customer service STILL hasn't resolved them.
