I ordered and never received my sunglasses, no communication. It took me ages to get my money back through my credit card company. They basically tried to keep my money when without fulfilling the order. Avoid Designer Eyes.

The customer service is horrible. I returned my item simply because the sunglasses were too large for my face. They refused to provide a refund on receipt and claimed sunglasses were worn and damaged.

Great service with on time delivery. Excellent customer service and their products are great value for money. Never had any problems and will continue to use them.

The first time they took my money for two weeks before they found out the pair I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. The level of customer service provided it's ridiculous I am definitely NOT OK with having a pair of glasses that are damaged.
