Very poor customer service. We were trying out the service, and if it worked would have done another larger campaign in the spring. As it is we will not and will warn others away.

All of my guests were comfortable using the site and trusting their secure information. I would definitely use the services again and I have already recommended the site to friends.

Their customer service is excellent and if you ask, they will give you suggestions on how to improve your page. We have been using them for almost a year and I wouldn't use any other page.

Having to wait for a representative to contact you and then get approval from the manager. The family that we were donating to are still waiting for the check to come. This week makes almost two weeks of waiting.
