Formed in 1997 with the goal of creating digital real estate deed forms that are compliant with recording requirements in every jurisdiction across the United States. We have since grown into the premier online resource for all things real estate deed related. Forms, title search, e-recording, deed retrieval, and information all in one place- Deeds.com. As a one stop destination for all things related to real estate deeds, Deeds.com quickly became known for the quality of its digital forms. Every day new forms are added to the site and made available for purchase and download.
In 2012, through a partnership with a national title research provider, Deeds.com began offering a title research service to our users. This service gives visitors to Deeds.com the ability to have the title history of their property researched and have title documents delivered to them digitally.
A total waste of money. There is ZERO support. I reluctantly purchased their product and noticed right away that I couldn’t use there forms, there were adobe formatted locked. I emailed them hoping for support but after almost 6 hours later They closed my account.
They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted. They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in. The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account, which I could not do because they closed it. Very unprofessional and would not use.
