I am so much disappointed. Don’t order from this company. I’ve tried to send emails and have not received any kind of communication back. Tracking number was never provided for one of my orders and the other I am not getting info back on.

Very slow in sending your products if they send them at all. I haven't received anything I've ordered from them. At this point I am thinking for my refund. This is ridiculous.

Not happy. Nothing from Deal genius to let me know where the package is and tracking only says estimated delivery date coming soon. I told them of my concern and they never offered a refund or anything !

I tried to cancel three orders . It was very hard to communicate with the company so all the gaiters were processed and shipped. I have emailed customer support but have received no response.

Not acceptable! I emailed Deal Genius and I received no response. Still waiting. Very poor customer relations!!! Seriously thinking about spamming this site.
