I'm glad I decided to try it out. It did require some troubleshooting to get everything working (needed to download different drivers), but nothing too bad.

The lack of response from this company is unacceptable. Even if there is shipping delays or covid related delays, I expect to receive a response from the company with the state of my very expensive order.

I've learned quite a lot and even made a few projects of my own design based on what I've learned! I really enjoy the tactile sensation of working with the parts to create something. Extremely satisfying.

It doesn't force me to think for myself. I wished that projects to be more adult related...I prefer to make things with a practical use.

Products should work the first time, every time, without having to jump through hoop after hoop. Nice idea, will never purchase again, regrettably, I purchased my granddaughter a subscription so will have to endure more 'projects' that are a nightmare to get to work.

When I had questions, I emailed them and they responded promptly. Finished the first 2 of the 3 projects in this kit in a few short sessions and am feeling very comfortable with the coding and assembling of the projects. Will definitely order another set of projects from Creation Crate.

Each time I opened a case , I had to wait 4+ days for an answer, which was equally unclear. Finally, when I expressed frustration, they just up and cancelled my subscription because, I guess, they were incapable of solving the programming error.
