They were not helpful in any way. I asked for a refund the first time I got in contact with crate club and they completely ignored me about it. I would not recommend this monthly box to any one.

Extremely happy with the crate club and all of the things that they have sent me and can’t wait to for the next box to ship. The box filled with pretty decent products, but the customer service is the true star.

Every single box has been delayed by weeks. Also, like others have said, they send the same cheap crap that they sent in the last box! Worthless.Keep your money.

I emailed them, and the customer service person,, told me that they would ship out the first full week of the quarter....which would have been the no shipment, no answers to my emails.
