Nobody replies to e-mail. The phone number goes to a voice mail telling you to raise a ticket online. Its bad. Shockingly bad and I am an expert in IT Service Management. I design support for global corporate organisations and code42, you suck at support. I mean suck so bad that you should be taken to task by the regulators. I hope your customers read this Not just the individuals but your key clients too.
Theses intrusions got worse until I encountered a 'waiting for connection' issue. That went on for nine days . They said that it was because my backup was too large and had several versions of each file. Despite following the instructions to reduce it the issue continued.
