Their customer service is poor. I've read and heard stories about their customer service, and I have to agree- their customer service is rather poor and often, they refuse to take accountability for their customers' orders.

This is my first time ordering outside of reverse shop and the most definitely my last. This experience is just awful, they don't give their customers the freewill to purchase or cancel an item. Which I've not experienced in other retail shop ever.

Considering the very high cost of this item I would expect it to be in near perfect condition but it seems that they can’t even stretch a bit of bubble wrap to protect the items. Poor service, poor customer service, poor business values.

Absolutely ridiculous to make me wait over a month and then cancel my order, offering me a lousy 10% discount as compensation. Avoid!! They are pretty much no use take your business elsewhere.
