I was told the company specialized in working with investors and that they understood our needs for quick turnaround on our loan apps. But the service is working very slow.

Never have I ever encountered one so blatantly incompetent, dishonest, unscrupulous or fraudulent as Civic Financial. This is not a company you want to use for hard money. Total nightmare!!!

After going back and forth for months they decided to deny the loan, and would not provide a reason. I have never been treated less professionally in my life and I cannot imagine how successful this company can be. So unprofessional!!

Very responsive, all Civic staff was also gave me a timely and accurate response, and they were all friendly and professional. Did what they said and were very honest. No hidden fees. Fast easy efficient closing. Will use them again.
