We've been waiting for the Night Tour for more than an hour. Most probably, they did not have enough buses to facilitate all the requests. I do not recommend them at all.

The 3 weeks passed and no refund. I called again and was told my request was with accounting.They said please be patient and I was assured I would receive my refund. Fast Forward 3 months and still no refund.

The tours around New York were great, they went to all the key places, and the tour guides on the buses we're fantastic too, each one providing their own tidbits of wisdom. Would recommend to anyone.
