I am so impressed of the Cigna to offer cover for treatments. They have assisted me in getting the best prices on my medications. I have been with company for 2 years now.

The provider refused us to see the midwife because Cigna has a very bad record for not paying the hospitals. We had two providers say the same to us - and despite going to an APPROVED provider the experience was daunting and I had to get my employer involved - who then had to get the broker involved to ensure we were fully covered.

I paid for premium member, customer service is quite poor, but in the end I managed to resolve with the hospital payment.

I have recently made a claim for knee injury and was satisfied with the process. I booked a consultant of my choice Independent Hospital and all costs were covered.

Pay a medical insurance, and then when its time to claim, Cigna make it as hard as possible. Been on hold for an hour, have left two automated call back requests - nothing!
