We stand by the products we sell and are here to help if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Our customer services reps are ready to assist you with order questions, returns, replacements or exchanges.
The shopping and buying was easy. Shipping super easy. Even received package earlier than excepted. And then unwrapped it and found that the inside of the top of the jewelry box was scratched badly I didn't feel like re-boxing it up and deal with the shipping, I can't even figure out how it got like that.
I have reached out to Chasing Treasure several times by phone and email with no response. Needless to say I am quite disappointed with my first experience with Chasing Treasure. Coming from customer service, I understand the complications of retail, but also know the importance of communication and customer resolve. Very UPSET!!!
