Good service means for us that we give our everything to solve customer concerns within a very short time and that our customers are satisfied. Only then can we treat ourselves to a beer after work.

They says it would take 5 working days for the case to arrive has I knew they were based Germany I’d have never ordered. 3 weeks later the case turns up but they don’t even deliver to my address they take it to a shop nowhere near me and didn’t even tell me. This company is terrible and absolute scam.
