They don't communicate. You have to call and email several times before they will half answer your question. They ask for the same documents over and over and keep adding on closing costs.

They did not pay taxes on time. Was told the title company needs to pay taxes. After I cleared that this is not the case, I was told numerous times the check will be over night to the County. Still hasn't happened. Customer Service is terrible and their Tax Department you can't talk to.

Don’t waste your time. Go with someone who wants to see the finish line. I think they’re more interested in information that selling a product. Going one for almost a year with no closing in sight.

They told us that our loan officer would get back to us shortly. That was more than three weeks ago. I sent another email expressing my severe disappointment through the customer service website yesterday. It is now almost the end of the day, so they have had nearly two business days to respond to that. Nothing.
