Carchex is NOT a warranty company. They do NOT administer warranties. They are a BROKER and sell warranties provided by the companies who administer them.

I called to complain and the customer service rep said they would email me a new contract changing the labor rate to market rate but they never sent anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Buyer beware absolutely do not use this company. The policy that your company raves about is a complete lie!! Your company lies to get customers in and then do not keep true to the words written on the customer's policies.

For this being the first time I have ever interacted with American Auto Shield and Carchex, my overall customer experience has been an absolute nightmare. No vehicle for 6 days. Being told false information.
