My Capillus had to be repaired within the first 3 months (wires were loose and losing battery power. Fine, they fixed it. Then at 11 months, still under the 1-year warranty, I sent it in for repair because the wires disconnected again. THIS TIME, they said we cannot fix it; it was too far gone. Thousands of dollars down the drain.
The person I spoke to was not the most courteous not the worst but not the nicest either. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter how much or how little YOU, the consumer is spending when needing to reach out to the company respect and courtesy should always take the fore front, that was not the case here.
