Their support team is again - friendly on the surface - but very inept. They communicate as though they are robots. Don't listen to what you actually say nor resolve the issue.

Sometimes you will find really lovely helpful people, but most times their responses are a repetition of their website, not tailored to the particular issue and therefore useless. I have had countless technical issues which I had to sort out on my own because the support team was most times too late and unhelpful.

I've continued to try to contact Blurb to assist me with both issues, but have, of course, received, with NO RESPONSE after a week of contact. I have already decided to find another vendor after getting all the books I've already ordered.

There is no online chat or phone option. I spent 2 hours searching their site for instructions. I have written multiple requests to their customer service with no response. Awful experience and horrible customer service.
