My husband and I don’t get upset easily, but this really struck a nerve. To treat a customer this way, so rude, especially over so small an issue, is the team of poor customer service.

We received a very rude response stating that all items were stocked in the unit and insinuating that we must be either stupid, lying or both. Eventually the staff came with the missing items, but what a huge hassle! And no apology! We will never rent another property managed by this company.

We won’t go through anyone else because we have only had good experiences. The kitchen was fabulous and VERY well stocked. It was in impeccable condition and could easily be comfortable for two couple with two Master bedrooms!

We had a couple minor issues and questions during our stay and Blue Pacific responded very quickly. Would recommend and use Blue Pacific again.
