Absolutely terrible customer service, seems like they don't care, when you give them your money, they seem to like keeping you in the dark with no information on the product you PURCHASED and are perfectly fine taking your money and forcing you to try to contact them but they are not available.
Tried to call to cancel and could not get through. Used chat and they tried to sell me a different type of coffee, but said they could cancel if I still wanted too. I said cancel and then they came back and said I had to wait on a call from customer service. I waited 45 minutes and finally had to get on with my day. I guess they expect you to sit by the phone all day waiting on them.
After making the purchase I started receiving spam emails from the address I used to make that purchase from Black Rifle. So either they are selling email addresses to spammers or their website isn't secure. I would advise buying their products from different websites.
