BikeRentNYC is a local New York City business established in 2008, and is the premier bike tour and bike rental provider in New York City. We feature three locations within 5-minutes of Central Park, and another near the Brooklyn Bridge in lower Manhattan. BikeRentNYC provides the most fun, informative, and engaging guided tours throughout New York City.
Trek and Giant Bicycle authorized dealers. Helmets, locks, and maps are provided. Bike baskets, lockers, cycling gear, and rental equipment insurance available.
They were very difficult to contact by phone when I attempted to correct this issue. I took me calling 2 different phone numbers 5 times over 2 days before I was able to finally reach someone. Beware, this company's website is inaccurate and their prices are not as listed.
They are too rude and disrespectful and provide false information in case of purchasing. Company filed a claim for the damage and put he money in their own pocket. We didn’t get a partial refund or any form of replacement bike. Do NOT buy anything from this company.
