When it arrived I discovered that it was a used item! They cleverly changed the plastic part for the legs but the metal part had bumps and scratches. It was visibly obvious that this kickstand was used!

Ben's has served me well since I found it a few years ago, has had many of the parts I have needed. I always see what they have when I need something and they often get my order.

Bought some bicycle rims from them, free and fast shipping. Good communication. The price was perfect. The part,perfect. Bens has a top notch website in my opinion,great communication and fast shipping.

The worst is, the person who communicated with me via email is very rude. He didn't answer my simple question about what shipping service that they use or details where they find the news that my country is not receiving packages.
