Ben Hogan Golf Reviews

When I received my 9 clubs, two of them had shafts not even in the Ben Hogan catalog of options. A good business would quickly ship me the correct clubs, then I would return the incorrect equipment in same box. NO, I had to run home and take pictures of the clubs they said. Really bad!!

I get there may be a delay but no communicate at all to me is so bad. Their phone is going unanswered and no return phone call. I’ve called 5 times in the last two days. They didn't email me back.

I like the business plan but I wish they could improve on their customer service. The Hogan group is lacking in internal communications. Took me a while to get use to them but what a set of clubs.

I have not received ONE response. Unfortunately, the Ben Hogan Company did not offer a remedy for the situation. This was my first order with the company and needless to say, I'm disappointed.

Your customer service agent in a rude tone said if I hit one club all clubs are considered to be hit and Hogan does not offer returns. So, now I have wasted a lot of dollars on clubs to sit in a corner.
