Almost everything can be found for their schooling. This is such an awesome place. The workers really care about books and know how to help people to get into new books.

I received a gift card for B&N, ordered books online, and only just found out that one of the books on order was completely cancelled. Worst company ever!

The staff refused to refund, stating the item was bought online, and must be posted. Despite the site listing that books can be posted OR returned to your local store. They asked that it could be exchanged/swapped for a non-damaged book at least, but refused to.
