They promised me a refund on the balance of the tickets within two weeks. It has now been three months and still no refund and no explanation.

We've been waiting for so long! We need our money!! I know you'll asks an apology again. Asap tickets never again! They are scammer!!! Processed our refund! Don't purchase a ticket in this company!! Big ZERO star!!!
