You all are just fantastic. The customer advocate I spoke with was understanding and knew exactly what I needed. The product is excellent.

The product received was inconsistent; most bottles were unbearable to handle due to the pungent smell. The auto-response from calling customer service was to email because they were too busy to answer the phone, but they were also too busy to respond to emails.

Just waiting for ANY ASSISTANCE. I spend a lot of money on their products, as I only buy their oils. So it’s really disappointing, and I’m considering shopping elsewhere.
