Sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement. They replied they would send my claim to their “returns team”. It is now a month later and I’ve heard nothing even after several emails inquiring about status. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. If you have another alternative, go somewhere else!
I called customer service to see about an exchange. Apparently they were non-returnable, which I didn't notice when I ordered them. Now I am personally out the money I paid for them, since I have no insurance coverage for such things. Poor business practice on their part. I am disgusted by the whole experience. I will never order from them.
